Whilst the weather is still deciding whether to drop below zero and out with the gritters, or tantalisingly unseasonably mild, the property market is certainly more decisive, with a surge in serious buyers registering at both the Woodside Park, N12 and the Totteridge, N20 offices – keen to get moving as Spring approaches.  Likewise, vendors old and new appear to be ready to market their homes, as the New Year’s positive intentions kick in, and accordingly, Real Estates have received a number of quality new instructions and an above average rise in property valuations.  The economy seems to be stabilising for now, which always brings renewed confidence to the property market, and so Real Estates are delighted to report that the first few weeks of 2018 have generally got off to a buoyant start.  Moreover, we welcome back Associate Gavyn Fresco, as Real Estates progresses its marketing into the areas of Borehamwood, Elstree and Radlett, where Gavyn has accumulated a wealth of property experience in sales and lettings, during the last ten years.
