Testimonials

  • Through the process of initially looking for a property to rent, to then looking for one to buy, and selling my own property, I dealt with 30-40 estate agents over a period of about one year, from the large national companies to the small independents, and Dan Cohen of Real Estates in Woodside Park was outstanding. We bought our house through him, and he was transparent, communicative, kept his word and worked hard to ensure the sale went through, including checking up and updating me on the sale of my flat

  • We had the pleasure of dealing with Jordan in our recent purchase. He is a credit to Real Estates. He is the utmost professional; delivering on promises, happy to drive to conclusions and isn’t afraid of tough conversations which are needed to resolve underlying issues. Without Jordan leading the transaction we would not have been in the position to move forward at the pace both myself and the vendors were happy with. We couldn’t be any happier with the way that Jordan performed on this transaction and hope he receives the recognition that he deserves. When we look to move again we will be reaching out to Jordan and would ask that he is assigned to our transactions going forward.

  • Following our recent purchase, through the professional assistance of Jordan Silver, I would like you to know how very happy we were with the support your senior sales negotiator provided to us.

  • I just wanted to write to say thank you. I cannot begin to tell you how overjoyed and delighted we are. We have somehow, and against so many odds, been gifted with the most beautiful house, on such a lovely road, with the brook at the bottom of our garden. The last few weeks have been completely agonising, and perhaps one of the most emotional times of my life. The faith you put in us, to stick with us, to provide the support and reassurance, and to get us over the line is something I genuinely will never forget.

  • Dear Casey, my husband and I would like to thank you for your kindness and your efficiency. We highly recommend you for your professionalism. We wish you the most successful pursuit in your career with Real Estates, which you have indeed represented very well.

  • It’s a big relief to get the exchange done and dusted. We have bought and sold a fair number of flats and houses over the years and I’d like to say that I have never worked with an agent as efficient, canny, courteous and smart as you. I doubt this would have happened without your dogged persistence and we’re both very grateful to you.

  • I’m well aware of the efforts you and your team made not only to obtain a sale, but to assist me with a tricky situation. Lock down. Distance. Disrepair. A mess. Clearance.
Your friendly, supportive, professional service knew no bounds. I’m only too well aware that you went way beyond the call of duty. Words are inadequate to express my gratitude to you, Casey and Tracey. It was a pleasure to meet you and to have you as part of our lives, albeit temporarily.
