From its humble beginnings back in 1981, starting as a small office in Woodside Park, Stephen has created an established, unique, and trusted agency with an enviable reputation as ‘the’ experts in property, spanning over four decades. As a Partner, he’s continually growing the business and keeping up with property trends, providing a highly tailored service, irrespective of price or size of the property. Stephen enjoys his tennis, possessing a John McEnroe style approach but without the red headband, as well as a love for Spurs.

Partner

Oliver’s Real Estates journey started as a fresh-faced 16-year-old joining the team in 2004. He’s now a Partner heading up the Totteridge office. Being a local to the area, he has a strong passion for his role and the responsibilities this involves; supporting local schools, businesses and most importantly people. He enjoys the outdoor lifestyle and can be seen strolling across Totteridge Common with his family at any opportunity.

Caroline joined Real Estates in 2010, bringing her wealth of experience in the estate agency sector, spanning over forty years, which began at Preston Bennett, now Hamptons. Her Administrator role is just one of Caroline’s skill sets and she is particularly accomplished in nurturing our clients whilst being the friendly face for our customers.

Jordan Silver

Senior Negotiator

Jordan took up the position of Senior Sales Negotiator over eight years ago and specialises in advising clients on the sale of properties. He prides himself on providing the most up-to-date, honest and professional advice to those looking to buy and sell in and around our target areas. Jordan has previously worked as a local agent before bringing his expertise in negotiating and valuing properties to Real Estates. An avid Spurs fan, you’ll catch him at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium most weekends or walking along Whetstone high street with his family.

Dan Cohen

Manager

Dan brings valuable experience to the business, having previously worked in Central London with high-end properties. Being Woodside Park born and bred only adds to his expertise in understanding the local property market. His exceptional communication skills ensure that he can navigate the complexities of property sales with ease, keeping clients well-informed and confident throughout the process. Outside the office, Dan is a football fanatic, whether it’s running a local Sunday team or supporting his beloved QPR down at Loftus Road.

Beth Rees

Senior Property Consultant

Beth has previously worked in all aspects of the property industry over the past 11 years and cannot wait to bring her knowledge and passion to Real Estates. Having grown up and built my career in North West London, it is an area that she is extremely passionate about and looks forward to delivering the highest level of service to the area once again. Other than property, her two loves are her dog and food so in her spare time you will find her walking her dog or trying out all the new places to eat and drink with friends!

Casey Dessar

Lettings Manager

Casey’s Real Estates career began in 2014, with previous experience in rentals in the East and North London area where he has acquired a broad spectrum of skills, managing the letting for a range of properties. Casey now heads up our lettings division with a primary focus on ensuring he and his team deliver the highest levels of service for both landlords and tenants. Casey has an eye for design, with a particular enthusiasm for New York style lofts and period properties. With his experience as a personal trainer, in his free time, Casey enjoys keeping fit and fine-tuning his culinary skills.

Nicholas Barnett

Negotiator

Nick was introduced to the property world at an early age by his father and the passion for it has stayed with him. After obtaining a 2.1 Honours Degree at Reading University in Real Estate, he is now a qualified registered valuer and chartered surveyor. Nick likes to keeps fit both on the tennis court and football pitch and is happiest when speaking to people.

Sam Lawrence

Negotiator

Sam had previously worked as a sales consultant in Highgate and Hampstead Garden Suburb, bringing with him a knack for high-end properties and a detailed knowledge of the sales process from start to finish. He has a passion for helping clients understand the sales market and advising accordingly, whilst delivering a high-quality service. Outside of his property-life, he has served as an elected councillor.
