About Us

Real Estates was established in Woodside Park in 1981 by its current proprietor, Stephen Barnett, who has resided in the area for the last thirty years. In 2010, Stephen opened the second office in Totteridge Lane with partner Oliver Ross, who was born and bred here, and both partners live in Totteridge and Woodside Park respectively with their families. The dynamic team of efficient negotiators and administrators in both offices are all highly experienced in the many aspects of local residential sales and lettings, and pride themselves on providing a first class and personal service for all our vendors and prospective purchasers. Totteridge office: Oliver Ross, Jordan Silver and Nicholas Barnett. Woodside Park office: Stephen Barnett, Dan Cohen, Casey Dessar and Caroline Franks.

 

Community

Real Estates is a very active supporter of many local community projects and fund raisers, and is proud to be the sponsors for many years of the Frith Manor School Summer Fete, as well as sponsorship of the Totteridge Horticultural Society, Woodside Park Synagogue’s annual magazine the ‘Woodside Ark’, the North London Hospice, St Andrew’s Primary School events, to name a few.
