Rental Procedure for Landlords

Landlord’s fees

Let Only Service: 10.8% inclusive of VAT
Renewal Fees: 9.6% inclusive of VAT
Reference fee: £100.00 plus VAT per person
Administration fee: £100.00 plus VAT
Changes and additions made to a standard tenancy agreement made at Landlord’s request: £60.00 plus VAT
Extension and renewal documentation fee: £100.00 plus VAT
To transfer the Deposit into My Deposits Service Account on your behalf: £120.00 + VAT.
In the event that there is a dispute at the end of the Tenancy, and you wish Real Estates to deal with this on your behalf: £100 per hour + VAT to collate the evidence and submit this to My Deposits.

Our service includes:

Full marketing of the property
Accompanying viewings
Collecting 1st month’s rent and deposit
Negotiating Tenancy renewals

Client Money Protection provided by: CMP Protect Ltd
Independent Redress provided by: The Property Ombudsman
